Our story
Indo Tradiz Foods Private Limited started with a simple idea: food should stay as good as the day it was made. Founded on 22 December 2025 in Kalyan-Dombivli, Thane, we make freeze-dried proteins under the Trugrade brand and freeze-dried fruits, vegetables, herbs and powders under Airyum.
The company is majority owned and led by a woman entrepreneur: Ms. Mrunal Thorat, Director, holds 51%, with Mr. Mandar Thorat, Co-Promoter and Director, holding 49%.
