Indo Tradiz Foods is a freeze-dried food company. We take fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs and proteins, remove the water by freeze-drying, and pack them so they keep their natural taste, colour and nutrition without refrigeration.
What freeze-drying makes possible.
Fresh food spoils in days. Freeze-drying removes the water under vacuum, without heat, so the food keeps its shape, colour and taste and can be stored at room temperature for months. That makes seasonal produce available year-round, cuts wastage and removes the need for a cold chain.
We apply this process to two ranges: Airyum for vegetarian products and Trugrade for non-vegetarian protein. Both are single-ingredient products with nothing added.
What is new about this business.
Freeze-dried food is well established abroad but still uncommon in India, where most dried food is sun- or heat-dried. Indo Tradiz Foods is building it as a domestic, single-ingredient category.
Freeze-drying, not heat-drying
Conventional drying cooks the food and changes its colour, taste and nutrition. Freeze-drying removes water from frozen food under vacuum, so the product stays close to fresh. The same process is used for pharmaceuticals and specialty foods worldwide.
Clean-label by design
Every product is one ingredient with nothing added: no preservatives, no sugar, no colour. That is unusual in Indian packaged snacks and ingredients, and it is the basis of both brands.
Protein, not just fruit
Freeze-dried chicken, tuna and goat liver under Trugrade extend the process to non-vegetarian products, a category with very few Indian manufacturers.
Less wastage, no cold chain
Seasonal produce can be processed at harvest and stored at room temperature for months, reducing spoilage for farmers, brands and food businesses alike.
Built to scale
Our own freeze-drying line at Dombivli MIDC Phase I, Thane, serves retail packs, bulk supply, private label and contract freeze-drying from one facility, with capacity added as demand grows.
Women-led, registered, compliant
Incorporated in December 2025, majority owned and led by a woman director, with FSSAI, GST and Udyam registrations in place.
